Fingerprints are taken for a variety of reasons. Fingerprinting helps to gather background information for a prospective employer, adoptive/foster agencies, travel-work-study abroad, becoming licensed in a state for a specific occupation (i.e. real estate), and many other things.
This is why Hallmark Signings created Press and Print. With a growing need for fingerprint services, we want to be able to make sure we can meet that growing need by offering fingerprinting services at your convenience.

INK FINGERPRINTING
LEARN MOREKnown as the "traditional" fingerprint method, your fingerprints are taken by carefully rolling each finger in ink and applying your prints to an FD-258 card.

LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING
ButtonAlso know as Digital Fingerprinting; this process involves fingerprints being taken by rolling each finger on a live scan/digital device and capturing it electronically. An individual's prints can then be printed out on FD-258 cards or submitted directly to the FBI via a secure FBI channeling system.

FBI BACKGROUND CHECKS
ButtonAlso described as a "rap sheet", this is a summary of an individual’s criminal history or activity. A person's information is obtained through federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and is used to complete the FBI report.
NOTE: Most companies can require a background check as a condition of potential employment, however, only the individual can request a copy of his/her criminal history summary from the FBI.

FLORIDA DEPT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT FINGERPRINTS AND BACKGROUND CHECKS

Referred to as the FDLE, Background checks needed for the State of Florida will need to be approved by the Flordia Department of Law Enforcement. You may need a Level 2 FDLE which will cover both State and Federal Background checks.

FINGERPRINTING
We offer FBI (FD-258) and Florida (FDLE) Ink and LiveScan fingerprint services. We can also digitally capture your prints and print them on the card of your choice at the time of your appointment.
BACKGROUND CHECKS
Does your job require a Federal Background check to be performed before your employment can be confirmed? Are you getting licensed in a field of work in the state of Florida and need a background check completed?
