Hallmark Signings strives to keep our customers and notaries safe by ensuring we follow current CDC and TN State Coronavirus protocols. To do our part in the fight against COVID-19, Hallmark Signings takes the following measures to help mitigate the spread of this virus:

• Daily temperature checks
• Daily health survey to ensure no recent contact with COVID-19 positive persons
• Wearing a mask to each appointment
• Keeping an appropriate distance between customers and notaries as able
• Providing each client with a pen to keep after their signing
• Providing hand sanitizer at each appointment
